In her 20-year career, she has successfully worked with leading organisations in professional services, banking and finance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, retail and insurance.
Her expertise includes leadership, change and team development programs, strategic planning, executive coaching, facilitation and consulting.
Vicky has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging facilitator, working with people at all levels of organisations to improve performance and achieve their goals. She has a practical, ‘real life’ approach gained from her hands-on roles as a line manager of domestic and global teams, change manager and project manager.
For the last 10 years, she has specialised in developing leaders and building organisational Change Management capabilities. Vicky also has expertise in the emerging new field of Enterprise Change Management, using Prosci’s leading edge tools and methodologies.
Vicky holds a Bachelor of Education (Science), Graduate Diploma in Adult Education & is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Change Management with AGSM and advanced Coaching qualifications.
She is also an experienced accredited practitioner in the following tools:
- Prosci Change Management Process, Prosci ECM Boot Camp and Prosci Certified Instructor;
- MSCEIT Emotional Intelligence test;

Joanne Rinaldi has been leading and building change capability for over 16 years in national and international led organisations.
With a wide portfolio of clients, her experiences include leading digital transformation, global technology refresh program, international merger & acquisition, business value proposition programs and initiatives.
Joanne is an experienced facilitator and is frequently invited as guest speaker for numerous events such as CMI, Monash University and corporate events sharing her knowledge and experiences in leading change.
Throughout her career she has successfully led and coached teams, developed and introduced leadership programs, frameworks and delivery models as part of building organisational change capability. As Director, Service Delivery, Joanne leads our professional team of consultants, instructors and coaches to provide quality service to all our clients and program participants.
Joanne’s style is engaging, motivating, pragmatic and outcome focused. She communicates effectively with people at all levels with ease and confidence.
Joanne is an Advanced Certified Prosci Change Management Instructor and Practitioner. She has successfully applied the Prosci methodology to a wide range of projects across a number of industry sectors. She has delivered all the Prosci program offerings both public and in-house around Australia and New Zealand including consultancy services to our portfolio of clients.
Her qualifications and accreditations also include Bachelor of Adult Learning, Psychology, MBTI, Baron EQi +360 and HBDI.
Before joining Prosci she was Business Development Manager with Australian Tax Depreciation Services and was tasked with developing and diversifying business opportunities as well as maintaining an existing portfolio of client relationships.
Her early work as a Senior Account Manager for Good Weekend magazine and Australian Good Taste magazine built on her strengths of defining long term organisation goals for clients, consolidating key customer relationships and always developing an extensive knowledge of the market in which she is working, which remains true today in her work with Prosci.
Rachel is very service driven with a clear, knowledgeable, professional yet personal manner and she is passionate about people and delivering high quality and informed services to them. She is a natural communicator who strives to develop strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Julie Stalley is an experienced Change Manager with a strong Human Resources background who has been part of the senior team at Prosci since 2010. She is a highly experienced Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and is also a Prosci Master Instructor.
Julie partners with our client teams, effectively coaching and mentoring Sponsors, Change Managers, Project Managers, HR professionals and other project specialists to learn and apply the Prosci methodology and build change capability within their organisations.
Her experience in the private, government and not for profit sectors has brought a depth of knowledge to support her work when facilitating, coaching or consulting with clients to help equip them to face the challenges of successful implementation of their change initiatives.
Julie is known for her calm and pragmatic approach and her focus on client outcomes. She communicates effectively with senior executives, managers, and specialists, using a coaching and mentoring approach to transfer skills and build capability and confidence.
Julie has a Master of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). She has also lectured in Industrial Relations at UTS and is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Julie is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most experienced Prosci Certified Change Practitioners, having applied the Prosci tools and methodology to change projects since 2007.
As a Prosci Certified Instructor she delivers change management workshops, including the 3 day Prosci Change Management Practitioner program.
Before she joined the Prosci team Melanie was Associate Director, Organisational Development at the University of Auckland providing capability and career development offerings as well as leadership development programs for University staff. Prior to this Melanie was the Learning and Development Consultant at Lakes District Health Board, New Zealand.
Melanie has worked in large-scale change initiatives and developed strategic plans, workforce development plans, quality management/auditing systems and training workshops in the health, education, and justice sectors and for private businesses. Originally Melanie trained in Human Resource Management in the retail industry and lectured in the New Zealand polytechnic system. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics; a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Economics and a Masters of Commerce (Hons) in Human Resources.
Her interests are the development of organisational frameworks to align actions with strategic objectives and individual career aspirations. She uses behavioural coaching techniques/interventions to develop individual, team and organisational effectiveness.
Melanie is an experienced facilitator and uses a range of individual, team and organisational assessments and tools. She is a member of the International Council of Coaches (ICC). Her accreditations include: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® Practitioner; LEADR mediator; Human Synergistics – all assessments, and Lominger - Leadership and Choices Architect.
